With three master bedrooms featuring two king beds, one queen, each with private bathrooms, 4 twin beds, and two living areas, guests find plenty of space to relax. Enjoy watching movies with family and friends on our 85” TV in the lower level living area or unwind on the screened in porch after a day of golf or tubing on the Tennessee River. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this phenomenal home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. The house is located a quarter of a mile from The Mermaid Marina where you can use the public boat ramp or grab a cocktail at the bar and watch the Tennessee River flow! Come for a few days of golf at the Tn River golf course where the house sits overlooking the number 4 tee box and you also see the number 3 and 6 greens.
