Plus, you will not find a place that is truly within walking distance of Old Town, Fashion Square and the canal trails that is a single family house on a corner lot with pool, garage, RV gate/parking, turfed backyard, level-2 EV charger, workshop area, well furnished with high end furnishings and linens, laundry, pull out couch to expand sleeping (if needed), and all in the cutest little shell you can imagine. And, absolutely no hidden or junk fees to jack up the price. The listed monthly rate is what you will pay with all utilities included. Quality furnishings and amenities in a terrific location in the cutest little house in Scottsdale. No carpet. One car garage. RV gate/space. Pool with Baja deck. Large outdoor swing. Turfed backyard and front yard. Well landscaped. Cafe lights in the backyard for after dark ambiance. Misters and space heaters on the patio, along with ceiling fans. Two gas fire pits. Pool water features and deluxe lighting. Pool fence for added safety and access control.

I am a Civil Engineer that owns and manages several short, mid, and long term rentals in the east valley of Phoenix (mostly in Scottsdale). I love the area and live in the Arcadia neighborhood not far from this property. My partner Amy and I work together to create wonderful, well maintained, clean, and safe properties for people visiting the Valley of the Sun.

We bought this house right before the pandemic when we lived in Seattle. It was our home away from home as we frequently came to the desert to get out of the rain for a while, and to be within walking distance of . . . . . well, everything. When the pandemic hit in March of 2020, we made the decision to move here full time. Because we have frequent guests that visited us from out of town in the winter, we needed a larger house so we decided to keep this home and rent it out. The last tenant stayed 5 years which is a testament to the property, the location, and (hopefully) the quality of the landlord.
