Modern Vacation Home "Coz" with Pool and Garden

Les Gîtes de l'Odet offers you this large family home in a quiet countryside for lovers of wide open spaces. it consists of a veranda, a living room, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room and a toilet. access is via a staircase and the house has three floors. Secure 10mx4m swimming pool and large garden to share with our other rentals (house, two apartments and lodge tent).



This house has a charging station for electric vehicles. This service is chargeable.



We can provide you with equipment for very young children (cot, mattress, duvet and pillow, high chair and booster seat, potty or deckchair)



Our region offers numerous sports andwell-being because we are very close to the sea. You can practice: swimming, sailing, paddle, water skiing, wakeboarding, wing foil, jetski, kayaking, diving, fishing, hiking, Nordic walking, running, cycling, Mountain biking, golf, horse riding...



Our accommodation is 3.5km from Bénodet where there is a thalassotherapy centre. You can also take advantage of various Spas or in summer Yoga classes on the beach. The Odet golf course is 1.5km away, as is the riding and polo school. La Torche beach, a famous spot for surfing and windsurfing, is about 30 minutes away by car.



We can also offer you a shelter for your bikes and a tub and a garden hose for rinsing the equipment. We have set up a leisure area where you will findping pong table, swings, football goal and volleyball/badminton net and all the space you need if you want to play rugby. We hope to have created for the summer of 2022 a space for pétanque.



The nearest beaches are about 4 km away and despite the summer crowds, it is easy to park. It is possible to make a different beach every day!



We are also very well placed to visit unmissable sites such as the walled city of Concarneau, the historic center of Quimper, the village of Locronan...



The swimming pool is heated from May to September depending on the weather. Accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.



Cleaning is included in the rental price. The washing machine is located in an outdoor room and is also to be shared.



This house is semi-detached with a house but without vis-à-vis. We also have a studio and an apartment (4 people) on the property for a stopover in Brittany. In summer, we also offer "nature" stays in our lodge tent set up in the orchard (4 people).



What makes our accommodation unique is the space and thecalm that you can have. We try to make you enjoy the generosity of our garden according to the season (apples, raspberries, figs, peaches, nuts...)

There is a charging point for electric car available on site. Please note that this is not free and extra will be due if you use it. The energy used is 100% green.
