Boasting a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, this holiday home is located in Nerja. The two-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to five people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, air conditioning, and a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The holiday home features a private outdoor area with a garden, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a covered terrace, and two balconies. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area that includes a pool, which is open daily from 8 am to 8 or 9 pm, depending on the season.



Supermarkets are within walking distance, and there is a boules court next door. The area offers many restaurants, including some near the tennis courts. The Caves of Nerja, as well as Maro and Burriana beaches, are highly recommended for visits.



Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Beach and pool towels are provided. Cleaning services, including towel and/or bed linen changes, are available for an extra fee. The nearby tennis courts can be booked.

very comfortable holiday house

Pros: The house is in the quiet area. Easy to find parking outside. Walking distance to big convenience discount shop. Nice swimming pool in 2 minutes’ walk. 5 minutes drive to the Burriana beach or the city. In the house almost all what is needed for the week stay. Comfortable beds, linen and pillows. Plenty of plates, glasses and mugs, etc, kitchen well equipped. View on the sea from lower and upper balcony. Nice small garden at the ground floor. What you see on the advertisement' images you truly get. Cons: Items we were not enjoyed: Neighbours from close houses were often very loud at late night (specially the one with swimming pool, and another cross the bigger lawn). Minor item: electric cooktop is relatively slaw and not very effective. It takes lots of time to boil a water or to heat frying pan. We were much confused there is no washing machine available.

Excellent séjour

Location conforme à la description. Maison au calme et décorée avec goût. Il ne manque rien. Très propre. Accueil cordial avec un hôte à l’écoute. Bien situé et proche des commodités. Si je dois trouver un point négatif c’est qu’il n’y a pas de lave linge mais je le savais avant de venir. Ce serait la seule remarque négative que je pourrais faire. Sinon tout était parfait. Merci.
