Zentrale Lage in Chieming

Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles notwendige vorhanden (wie bei vielen Vermietern könnte es mehr Geschirr und Gläser sein). Sie liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und verfügt über keinen barierefreien Zugang. Die Wohung empfängt einen leider mit einem etwas muffigen Geruch, der trotz Lüften nicht zu entfernen war. Das Badezimmer entspricht nicht mehr dem was einem heute so gefällt. Braune Fliesen und Dusche mit hohem Einstieg. Alles in allem bewerten wir die Wohnung mit gut.
