Wonderful ocean view overlooking the pier !! This condo has it all!

What a great condo for a mini family vacation! 2 parking spaces in secured underground garages. An elevator, shopping carts to help with your luggage or bags from a day of shopping. A hop skip and a jump from the water and pier for those who love the water, I'd rather brouse all the great boutiques.( found some really unique things) But We all enjoyed ourselves, everything we needed was there down to the simplest things, like scotch tape, scissors and those things you have at home that when you need them, you need them. The beds were super comfy, you didn't have to wait for hot water for your shower. The kitchen had it all, ate out only once, it was the best. The living room furniture was comfortable and plenty of places to sit. There is a whole hall cupboard with books and games to play, we were at home and would love staying here again.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful vacation staying in Angela's condo. Every morning we enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying our coffee. The view was spectacular. It was a short walk down to the beach and also to go up town for shopping. The big beds were comfortable and we slept very well. My daughter and her friend (in their 20's) slept in the room with the bunk beds. The bunk beds were smaller than we had envisioned and creaked every time they moved. Angela questioned whether we would want to put adults in the bunk beds but we felt both girls were short so it would be fine and it did work but just not the most comfortable for them and there was not a closet for them to put their stuff in. However, my 5 year old niece, who lives in San Clemente, came to visit us and thought the bunk beds were wonderful and ended up spending 2 nights with us just so she could sleep in a bunk bed. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed being able to cook our freshly caught fish for dinner after a fishing trip out of Dana Point. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The couch is large so there was always places to sit around when we were all together. Great place to stay if you only need the 3rd room for kids.

We spent one week in this apartment and I have to say that it was a great experience!!! Angela was excellent in communicating with us and helped us settle in nicely. The pool is nicely heated which is great if you plan on staying with two young children. The location and view are top notch. I would highly recommend!! We would return

Let me start by saying, I research everything extensively, and finding the perfect vacation rental for my family is no exception. I spent countless hours reading reviews and emailing owners of different rentals and finally decided on this place for our spring break vacation. I, 100%, made the perfect decision. As soon as we walked in when we arrived, my mom said, "This is it! We don't need to look anywhere else for next time!" We traveled with myself, my husband, our 6 year old and my parents. There was more than enough room and privacy for all of us. I won't repeat, just confirm, what all the other reviewers have raved about as far as location and view. We are very familiar with San Clemente and have parked many times in the parking lot that is between this property and the beach. How great is it to not have to park and go straight from "home" to the pier/beach? It's awesome! I was concerned about noise from the parking lot, but except for the day the city gardeners came (they were leaf blowing and trimming for hours!) it was not a problem at all. We actually really enjoyed siiting on the balcony people watching. There was no shortage of nighttime entertainment from the balcony too. We saw shooting stars, miitary helicopters doing maneuvers, a meteor that lit up the whole front room, drones, and a Coast Guard boat having some kind of encounter with another boat out at sea. I am not an early riser, but my mom and dad really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at dawn watching all the surfers arrive to catch the morning waves. The best part was being able to open the slider doors all the way and listen to the ocean waves any time of day! Angela was wonderful to work with and answered all of the questions I had before we arrived and during our stay. We will return ASAP!!!
