Float in the heated pool, unwind in the private hot tub, fish from your dock, or bring your boat and cruise to the Gulf with direct access and no bridges. Enjoy resort-style outdoor living, a spa-inspired primary suite, luxury soaking tub, coffee bar, grill and more. Fish at sunrise. Float all afternoon. Relax waterfront. Our home was thoughtfully designed to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Each bedroom features a comfortable medium-to-firm mattress, Serta pillows, ceiling fans, nightstands, walk-in closets stocked with hangers, and blackout window coverings for a great night’s sleep. Bedrooms with sliding glass doors also include blackout curtains for additional privacy and light control. Two of the bedrooms include USB charging ports built into the nightstands, and the master suite features a 6-drawer dresser along with luggage racks to make unpacking easy.

For entertainment, every bedroom includes a Smart TV except one queen bedroom, so everyone has a space to unwind after a day in the sun.

Both bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers, and the laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen, spacious open living areas, screened lanai, heated pool, private dock, and selection of board games make it easy to relax, spend time together, and enjoy everything the home has to offer.

I’m a Florida local who grew up spending time around this very neighborhood. As a kid, I spent countless hours fishing off this dock and always dreamed that one day I’d own a waterfront home of my own. When the opportunity finally came, I wanted to create the kind of place that I’d be excited and proud to stay in myself. Every renovation and detail was chosen with that goal in mind. I hope you make as many great memories here as I did growing up.
