Log Home on Private Lake Walker/Leech Lake Area

This is a 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom Log Home with walk out basement built in 2005. You are 9 Miles from Northern Lights Casino and 13 miles from the Towns of Walker & Longville in either direction. 18 hole golf course 4mi. The house sits on a private lake which is perfect for fishing. Fish from the dock, canoe, or pontoon. If you have your own boat, you are 1 Mile from the public beach/boat landing of the South Shore of Leech Lake. Huddles Resort is located 2 miles away. (boat ramp, harbor, gas, two full restaurants.)

This is a very spacious house with 3200 Sq. Footage with vaulted ceilings. Beautiful views of the lake and very quiet and peaceful surroundings. The back half of the house has windows floor to ceiling. This is perfect for a family or a group to get away from the pressures of life. Once you visit our piece of heaven you will want to come back. We are looking for repeat renters.

7 day minimum stay during the peek seasons of June, July and August

Family vacation turned Marriage Proposal!

Jay is an excellent host! The house is incredible. This is our second time here. Landy Lodge will forever be a special place for us as my daughters best friend choose here to propose. He came with us the first time we were here also and thought this to be the perfect setting.

Just what the Dr. Ordered

This was such a nice and relxing stay. The owner is very helpful and friendly. If youre considering staying, I'll help your decision process. It is worth it. There is a private little lake and a perfect firepit after a day of fishing/ swimming. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you, Jay!

A little bit of paradise

We were only here for 2 days for a funeral. The place was perfect for all the kids, grandkids and my wife and I to stay at. Ur had everything we needed. The fire ring was great, and we spent a lot of time there visiting and sharing memories.I would love to come back in the fall and really enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Beautiful Cabin

The moment we stepped inside, we were amazed at how nice the cabin was. The location was very convenient as it was right off the main road. Jay was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, our group had a great time. I would recommend this cabin and would definitely go back!

The perfect house for our ice fishing trip

We booked Jays house for our annual ice fishing trip. It worked out perfect for us being close to the lakes and town. I would highly recommend dinner at the piggy BBQ in Walker, and if you are by Winnie, you have to stop in and see Al at the Big Fish for a cold drink and a very goof meal.

Great vacation!

We loved our stay. We could go out on the lake every day. Location was wonderful for other activities. Patio with fire pit was great to sit around with family. House was well equipped. Owner was great with fast response to any communication. Can’t wait for next year!!

Great stay for a weekend getaway!

My family and I had a great weekend in Walker. We had scheduled our stay to snowmobile but little snow changed those plans. We still had a great time in this large log home on a quaint little lake. The outdoor temps were as low as -22! We all stayed nice in cozy next to the wood burning fireplace! The owner was was very informative and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect for our group

We take a family ice fishing trip every year and this year was the first time we stayed at Jay’s cabin. There were 10 of us and everything worked out perfectly! Jay was great to work with and we hope to return for years to come.
