The cottage, which sleeps up to two people, offers everything you need for a stay or a short getaway: A kitchen with a two-burner ceramic cooktop and microwave, complete with dishes and dish towels, a basic supply of food items including salt and pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil, coffee capsules (Nespresso-compatible), and various types of tea for your first breakfast. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and shower, shower gel and shampoo, towels and a hair dryer, and a toilet (Clesana waterless toilet with bag sealing). In the living area, you’ll find a sofa/seating set that converts into a double bed (160 cm wide)—which retracts into the ceiling during the day—as well as a dining table and air conditioning for heating and cooling. Starting in fall 2023: a water-heating pellet stove with underfloor heating. Contactless check-in and check-out are available via a key safe. Check-in: from 2:00 PM; check-out: by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. The overnight tax of EUR 3.00 per person (ages 15 and older) per night will be listed separately on the bill. Payment terms: 50% due immediately upon booking, 50% due 1 week before arrival. Payment method: bank transfer.
