The home comfortably sleeps 8 and includes one primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathrooms, a loft with one queen and two twin beds, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed. Located just a five-minute walk to Honeysuckle Beach, where guests have access to a public boat launch, dock fishing, and a full range of lake activities including boating, paddleboarding, and swimming. Guests may bring their own watercraft, and local rental vendors are available nearby. Beach towels are provided. Within minutes, you’ll find Avondale Golf Course, restaurants, and grocery stores, making this an ideal base for both relaxation and recreation. Please note this is a non-smoking property. Due to the loft design and open layout, the home is not suitable for children under 13. Pets are not permitted. Please Note: Ponderosa Pickle Ranch is offered in two seasonal configurations. From May through September, the property is also available as a Sleeps 10 rental that includes a private studio suite with king bed and en suite full bathroom.
