Two restaurants, a bar, and a small supermarket are located<br>just a 3-minute walk from the villa.<br><br>The accommodation<br>The villa is located on the stunning southwestern<br>Algarve, in the Costa Vicentina Nature Reserve, centrally situated between the three local beaches: Arrifana, Monte Clerigo, and Amoreira.<br><br>The entire villa underwent a very extensive and costly renovation this year!<br>The spacious property offers plenty of room and places to retreat; the idyllic and stylish ambiance invites you to relax. The highlight is the 60-square-meter pool, with a maximum depth of over 3 meters. The large<br>flat-screen TV in the TV area features<br>Wi-Fi and all popular apps.<br>In the dining room, next to the spacious, open kitchen, there is a large dining table for 10 people. While cooking and dining, you’ll enjoy a view of the beautiful pool area.<br>The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life.<br>In the living area, the numerous seating options and the fireplace create a unique atmosphere.<br>You can get a perfect sense of the living space from the detailed floor plan. They only use the driveway to access their accommodation.<br>This is located along the right half of the property and runs the entire length of the lot.<br>The outdoor area described is exclusively for the villa’s guests.
