The cabin was beautiful and the deck was amazing. Even though it was the first week in August we were able to have most of our meals outside, The cabin was advertised as 5 bed, but it was only 3 bedroom and a loft. One bedroom did have 2 queen beds but did not allow for privacy for adult couples. It is right on the water which allowed for swimming. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The lot and parking are very steep and was hard for older people to access. t

We had a great weekend getaway! Family time, lake view and a beautiful property. Enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub and some card games around the table on the deck.

Three of us had a great Navy reunion at this facility. House was beautiful and supper clean. Be sure to look for email to sign rental agreement outside of your Verbo account. I missed it and had to take care of it on our arrival. Host was great and very responsive. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art was very enjoyable.

My husband and I and a friend (all of us mid-seventies) spent a delightful three days at this property. Checking in and out was a breeze, the house was very clean, and the beds we used quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. The driveway is not very long and angled downward. The top part is a bit steep but then flattens out at the bottom where we parked our car. When we left, my husband backed out of the drive without any difficulty. The interior of the house has three levels accessed by spiral staircases. However, the staircases are very well lit and can be turned on/off off at each level. On my first trip down to the lake, I wore tennis shoes and found myself slipping on the rocks. Next trip, I wore water shoes and had no problems. The water was perfect—warm and clear. We saw only one fly and no mosquitos, To fully enjoy the beauty of the lake, drive to Lost Bridge Marina and rent a boat for the morning, afternoon or both. I highly recommend this property.

First I would say this reminds me of my uncle’s old lake place, dated, musty not super clean and needs updated. However, if you have a bunch of people it works. Everything is from the 80’s to 90’s I would guess. It wasn’t super clean but not gross. Spiders and cobwebs in one bathroom and areas that looked like they had not been vacuumed in the corners of a few rooms. Someone had left two containers of night crawlers in the bottom of the fridge that had mold on them that I had to deal with and the freezer had pieces of stuff on the bottom. Two of the three bathroom’s bathtubs/shower need resealed with signs of mold. The lighting in all the bathrooms is very poor. There is no lake view to speak of but you can catch a glimpse of shoreline at the bottom the property. From the entry point of the home down to the ground requires traversing at least two steep spiral staircases and some rock stairs. The walk to the water is challenging with lots of rocks and trees. The house does have a lot of room with three floors, a couple of family rooms and several levels of large deck area. You can easily sleep 12 people in here if you need to but there are only two bedrooms with doors. 3 floors lots of stairs Last thing the owner expects you to wash and dry all the towels before you leave. That’s a challenge with a 10:00 checkout if you shower in the morning and the wash cycle takes 50 minutes. Bottom line, it’s not so bad I felt like leaving but you definitely need realistic expectation

Beautiful place

The property was huge and had immediate lake access to fish with the ramp not too far from the residence. It was perfect for our family and our friends to be able to relax and fellowship and still close to town to be able to grab what we needed. Great stay

This 3 level lakefront house is like staying in a treehouse! It is nestled on the side of a hill with a nice view of the lake from the treetops. The hot tub was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Check in was super easy and owner was quick to respond to any questions. The winding steep roads were a surprise as I wasn’t expecting it to be in the hills but it made for a beautiful drive.
