Casa Veranda is a charming detached house on the edge of the quiet village of Lazi, one of the greenest areas in central Istria. Surrounded by lush orchards and vineyards, this villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the picturesque medieval town of Motovun. The property is fully fenced and has a beautiful outdoor area with a swimming pool, a manicured lawn and a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. There are also two car parking spaces. Inside, Casa Veranda comprises a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a sofa bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. A very nice House with a fantastic view and a great pool and the best sunsets.

A very nice House with a fantastic view and a great pool and the best sunsets. It‘s very clean and equipped with everything you need. I’ts a quite place away from the crowded tourist spaces and nearby is the lovely town of Motovun. We were here the second time and enjoyed our stay very much!

Es war eine sehr entspannte Zeit in der grünen Hügellandschaft von Motovun.

Es war eine sehr entspannte Zeit in der grünen Hügellandschaft von Motovun. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten; ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Pool und zwei Garagen zur Eigennutzung. Küche komplett eingerichtet. Alles war gepflegt und im guten Zustand. Es fehlte eigentlich an nichts, nur Nachttischlämpchen wären in den Schlafzimmern schön gewesen. Gute Internetverbindung, Fernseher leider nur mit kroatischen, slowenischen und italienischen Sendern. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Een heerlijk huis in een rustig dorpje in het prachtige Istrië. Het voldeed precies aan onze verwachting. Misschien kan kinderbestek worden toevoegd? Verder vooral zo houden! Ja, het ligt wat afgelegenzl, maar dat is juist de meerwaarde. Wij bevelen dit huis van harte aan voor gezinnen en iedereen die van rust en privacy houdt.

Sehr sauber kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Der Pool ein Traum wenn man seine Ruhe haben will ist man hier genau richtig. Für jemanden der gerne Städte Trip machen will auch gut liegt sehr zentral istrien. Für Nachtleben ist es zu weit vom Schuss... top Unterkunft

Prachtig huisje , alles erop en eraan en in topconditie. Bij aankomst voel je gewoon , ja dit is het . Van de gastheer een flesje wijn en fruit en groenten op tafel , zelfs een bloemetje . Hier zou ik nog gerust 2 weken langer kunnen verblijven . prima uitvalsbasis om Istrië te verkennen . Overal binnen het uur naartoe (Pula en Ucka gebergte op 1 uur ). En dan als je terug bent afkoelen in het prachtige zwembad , zalig gewoon . Ook in de nabije buurt genoeg mogelijkheden om te eten en te winkelen en iets te gaan drinken . Topvakantie gehad hier , en ook onze hond was zeer tevreden :)

War alles wie beschrieben ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, absolut gepflegt und sauber. Es war liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Der Außenbereich und der Pool top. Sehr schöne abgelegene Gegend, geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Bei Ankunft fanden wir frische Blumen, einen Teller mit Obst und leckerem Wein vor. Wir wurden vom Hausherrn sehr nett begrüßt. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
