The holiday apartment Oltrarno Dreaming is located in the heart of Firenze and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 62 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, iron as well as a washing machine. Please note that there are steep stairs to access the property on the 1st floor.

In the kitchen there are also a microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine with pods.

Shower gel and shampoo are provided.

The accommodation is conveniently located in the heart of the historical center.

Please remember to turn off the air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment and on the day of departure.

The building is historic, featuring a doorway and entrance that are 60 cm wide and 11 steps up to the flat, divided into two ramps.

For safety reasons, there is no iron in the flat. However, a paid laundry and ironing service is conveniently located just steps away.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Late check-in after 8 pm can be arranged for an extra fee to be paid on site.

Please note that the flat is in a restricted traffic zone, for those arriving by car it is advisable to park in one of the day-rate garages located a 5-minute walk from the flat.

The apartment is in a busy area of the old town and therefore noise can be heard from passing vehicles on the street.
