The 60 m² apartment is located on the first floor and stands out above all for its great location. It’s in a quiet area, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. On one hand, you can enjoy a wide variety of activities at the sports beach; on the other, the center of Zingst is just a short walk away and is a great place to spend some time.

The apartment has a spacious layout, making it perfect for a lively family life. The living room opens onto the patio, which is bordered by a small front yard. Especially in the morning, you can enjoy breakfast here in the sunshine. A garden table, garden chairs, and a patio umbrella are provided on-site. Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances.

There is one bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses, each 90x200) and a large closet. Adjacent to it is a children’s room with two single beds (80x200). The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine is also available on-site and is welcome to be used.
