The "Sonnenaufgang" apartment with a balcony offers 55 square meters of space for 2 guests. The separate kitchen area is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The kitchen features a 4-burner stove, a raised oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and other kitchen utensils.
The living room, with its cozy seating area and TV, is perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The bedroom, featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, and access to the furnished balcony, is simply yet elegantly furnished. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Surrounding the house is another seating area with beach chairs, perfect for enjoying the sun at any time of day. This area is reserved exclusively for guests of the villa.

Services: One free parking space is available per apartment. A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge. The beds are freshly made upon arrival, and towels are also provided.



Villa Glückspilz, with its three stylish and cozy vacation apartments—Sonnenaufgang, Meeresbrise, and Meeresrauschen—as well as its charming separate garden lounge, is located in Kühlungsborn West. It enjoys a wonderfully quiet setting and is situated very close to the magnificent beach. Just 200 meters away, guests can experience the vastness and beauty of the Baltic Sea. Here, on the pristine sandy beach, you can enjoy the special charm of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, combined with a Nordic maritime lifestyle characterized by clarity, health, relaxation, and a zest for life by the sea.

The three vacation apartments are spacious, tastefully and high-quality furnished, and can accommodate 2–4 guests. The garden lounge is the complex’s separate small vacation home, accommodating up to 2 guests. Each unit features its own balcony or terrace area.

Villa Glückspilz is a vacation home with a unique history. This elegant house was built in 1911 and has welcomed vacationers from the very beginning. At that time, guests were personally picked up from the Mollibahn station in Heiligendamm by two white horses. The villa is still owned by the original family today and was reopened in 2016 with a love for tradition, a keen eye for detail, and a sense of style. Guests appreciate the short walk to the sea, the central yet quiet location, and the hospitality of their hosts, who demonstrate a keen sense of their guests’ needs. Utterly relaxing and simply beautiful.
