Welcome to this beautiful cabin between Jonesville and Monterey Louisiana. With two spacious bedrooms and a cozy loft, including two full beds and a twin bed, it’s perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy a clean, comfortable bathroom featuring a refreshing shower. The cabin stays comfortable all year-round thanks to central heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this superb cabin offers a welcoming retreat. It has a screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Walk from the screen porch directly onto the inviting outdoor deck. It's only a few steps more from the deck to the boat slip to take your evening pictures or catch a few big ones! This slip is approximately 20 feet long and will hold your ski or fishing boat perfectly since the marina is only 1/4 mile away to launch your boat! It has the most beautiful sunset with amazing views of the lake with fish popping around everywhere. We think our place will help you experience everything a beautiful lake and sunset has to offer. (The boat pictured does not go with the rental. It is pictured to show the size of the slip only) Boat not for rent.

Gather used towels and place in the shower.

Wash any used dishes. Throw all bagged trash in outside trash can. Make sure all water is off. Leave porch, deck and boat slip trash and debris free.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
