This spacious 4-room apartment on the 1st floor offers 99 m² of living space for up to 6 people and boasts a stunning view of Lübeck Bay.

The bright living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette forms the heart of the apartment and is perfect for shared meals, relaxing moments, and social evenings. A Nespresso machine is also available for coffee lovers.

Families with children are well provided for: In addition to a crib and high chair, a practical booster seat is also available.

Three cozy bedrooms offer restful retreats, each accommodating two people. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, while the third bedroom features a single bed and a pull-out bunk bed. Two bathrooms provide additional comfort—one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

A special highlight is the balcony with a magnificent ocean view, where you can enjoy the view over Lübeck Bay and relax as your day comes to a close.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
