The penthouse apartment at E-08 offers 80 m² of top-notch comfort for a holiday for two. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a view of the Bay of Lübeck from Travemünde to Neustadt. The penthouse apartment features a large living room with a dining and kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The clearance height of the underground car park is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
