Dear Holiday guests,
enjoy your holiday in the Baltic cozy and modern ambience of the end of 2012 completed holiday home. The lovingly furnished house offers space for 4 (6) persons.
After a nice day at the beach you can really in the spacious living room to relax, a large seating area invites you to linger. For entertainment, there is a flat screen TV (41 inches), DVD, CD player and a radio. A free Wi-Fi access also makes the holiday for surfing pleasure. Books and board games for children and adults are also available.
The bathroom is well equipped (sauna, shower, mirror cabinet, hairdryer and magnifying mirror). For comfort, the floor heating ensures that Wall Unit warms your towels before.
The dining area seats 6 people and gives you space for culinary delights with your family or friends. Facilities also include a high chair for your toddler.
Prepare your 3-course menu in the quality fitted kitchen, which in terms of crockery and kitchen equipment (incl. Dishwasher) leaves little to be a wish.
In our family house are available a master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds for you. Additionally, 2 guests can sleep on a sofa bed.

For dirty laundry, a washer-dryer is available.

A good alternative to sunbathing by the sea offer you 2 beautiful terraces that have an East or a West orientation and seduce you early in the morning to a hearty breakfast. For your convenience you will find a beach chair, beach umbrella, barbecue and numerous garden furniture.
Directly on the House a car parking space is reserved for you.

Die Unterkunft war hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei dem kalten Ostsee-Wetter war die Sauna das Highlight.Auch die Lage ist sehr günstig mit der Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Perfekte Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Bäcker und Nahkauf befinden sich in Fußnähe, ebenso wie der Surfstrand. Es gibt viele tolle Kinderspielplätze in Pelzerhaken und in den Restaurants wird lecker gekocht ;) Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und gepflegt, es war komplett ausgestattet gemäß der Beschreibung und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem 8-tägigen Aufenthalt. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, insbesondere im Badezimmer. Mit der Sauna möchte man dort auch abends im Dunkeln vielleicht noch einmal lüften.

Schönes Häuschen

Schönes, gut und funktional ausgestattetes Ferienhäuschen. Ausreichend Platz im Wohnbereich, Küche etwas klein, aber im Urlaub verzichtet man ja sowieso eher aufs Kochen. 😃 Terrassen auf zwei Seiten: mit Morgen- und Abendsonne, Strandkorb und Sonnenschirm. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist schöne eingerichtet. Es hat die passende Größe für eine kleine Familie und war allergiker Freundlich. Die Küche war klein aber fein und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage nah zum Strand und zum Bäcker sowie dem Supermarkt war optimal.

Schönes Ferienhaus in strandnaher Lage

Das Haus liegt mitten in einer Ferienhaussiedlung aber sehr ruhig und nah zum Strand. Küche ist relativ klein, Wohn-/Esszimmer sehr groß, Schlafzimmer ausreichend (gute Matrazen), großes Bad. Klare Empfehlung für ein Paar oder Paar + 2 Kinder. Bei 4 Erw. kann das einzige Bad zum Problem werden.

Ein Urlaub an der Ostsee

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung zusammen mit unserem einjährigen Nachwuchs bewohnt. Unsere Eindrücke vom Haus: - Parkplatz für Busbesitzer eher schwierig, zumindest rückwärts. - Lage ist super, der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und nicht überlaufen. - Wohnung war augenscheinlich sauber, jedoch als wir am Vorabend der Abreise das Spielzeug unter dem Sofa hervorholten, mussten wir feststellen, dass hier scheinbar länger nicht mehr gesaugt wurde. - das zweite "Schlafzimmer" ist wirklich sehr eng, aber wer es kuschelig mag, wird sich hier sicher wohlfühlen:). - der Überzug vom Strandkorb ist sehr verschlissen. - Ansonsten hat das Haus alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch nutzen möchte. Eine Erstausgabe von Geschirrtabs, Müllbeuteln ist auch dabei. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Brötchen Lieferdienst, dieser hat ohne Problemen tadellos funktioniert. Wir würden gerne wieder nach Pelzerhaken kommen, aber für unseren Geschmack würden wir ein größeres Haus buchen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für Urlaub mit Kindern. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Sommerurlaub in Pelzerhaken zu viert

Wir haben in diesem Sommer 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht, das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war für uns mehr als ausreichend. Wir waren mit unseren beiden "großen" Kindern dort, 19 und 16 Jahre, das "Kinderzimmer" ist schon etwas klein, aber da man im Sommer eh die meiste Zeit draußen ist, war das für uns ok. Obwohl die Häuser recht eng beieinander stehen, war man doch für sich, der Ort Pelzerhaken gefällt uns am besten, da er nicht so überlaufen wie die größeren Orte ist und es trotzdem alles für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe zu kaufen gibt. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen!

Rundum zufrieden mit Kleinkind

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit dem Ferienhaus. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unser Kind hat sich riesig über die große Auswahl an Bücher und Spielzeug gefreut und wir uns über die Sauna. Toll auch der Bollerwagen und das Fahrrad, welche zur Benutzung zur Verfügung standen. Der Außenbereich war gut gepflegt, Strandkorb und Grill in sehr guten Zustand. Schön war auch die Schaukel um die Ecke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Schönes Haus, mit reichlich Ausstattung. Was uns besonders gefiel, ein gut ausgestattetes Bad mit genügend Haken für Handtücher auch für eine Familie. Wir haben die Ruhe auf der Terrasse im Strandkorb genossen und was besonders schön ist, dass die Sandstrände in nur ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen sind. Bollerwagen für Strandutensilien vorhanden. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Beeindruckend war die Ausstattung des Geschirrs, dennoch habe ich etwas gefunden das ich vermisst habe. Ein Schäler für Gemüse (vielleicht habe ich ihn aber auch nicht gefunden!!!!) LG aus Süddeutschland
