The spacious house with a view of the Folgefonna glacier on the other side of the fjord is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. You will feel right at home here. Settle down on the sofa with a thrilling novel and enjoy the view of the fjord through the window. Gather in the living room for a delicious breakfast with a panoramic view before taking a dip in the fresh water. A private jetty directly below the house is at your disposal.



One of Norway's National Tourist Routes runs through the Hardanger region, where you can also experience the mighty Steindalsfossen waterfall. At the Hardanger Fartøyvernsenter museum, you can gain an insight into the local boat-building history, row traditional wooden boats from the area and learn how to make ropes. The famous fruit blossom takes place in Hardanger in May. The Kvamskogen mountain plateau with several ski lifts and groomed cross-country ski trails in winter, as well as the mountain peaks of Vesoldo, Tørvikanuten and Tveitakvitingen are wonderful hiking destinations. The Folgefonna National Park is also well worth a visit.
