It features a large garden with a barbecue area, a private garage, and parking spaces. A supermarket is about a 3-minute walk away, and the bike path runs right by. In winter, the Kolsassberg ski area is ideal for beginners. About a 10-minute walk away, you can round out the day with a culinary experience at the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg. The traditional Steixner Inn, serving home-style cooking, is also very close by.

This exclusive holiday rental with an infrared sauna is 110 m² and features 2 bedrooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, an infrared sauna, a living room with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, one bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a toilet, and a washing machine. All windows are equipped with exterior roller blinds and fly screens.
You can pick up the keys to the apartment either when we, your hosts, welcome you, or conveniently via the key box with a code.
The apartment offers all the amenities you could want on holiday. If something is still missing, we’ll do our best to take care of it.



On-site fees: Pets: 1 pet is allowed and welcome at no extra charge, but there are rules to follow: Please ensure that the pet is not left alone in the apartment. The pet is not allowed on the couch or in the beds! Therefore, please bring everything you need for your pet—a bed, blanket, etc. We appreciate your understanding! The grill is not available during the winter months!



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
