If you fancy a change, you can visit the Ucka Nature Park just a few kilometers away. There are hiking trails and mountain bike routes here. You can also explore the nearby town of Opatija. It is known for its waterfront promenade and was once a renowned spa resort of the Danube monarchy. Stroll along the Franz Joseph Promenade or go for a walk in Margarita Park. Experience the Villa Angiolina, the beautiful churches and the old historic-style hotels, such as the Kvarner Hotel, the oldest and most traditional in Opatija. Experience great beach excursions along the Riviera and return here again and again.
