With mountain views, Villa Anna is a Sicilian villa in Buseto Palizzolo, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The two-story property features a living room with sofa and large fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 13 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Two baby cots are also available.



The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool (open May to late October), hot tub, garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Public transport connections are within walking distance.



There are 4 parking spaces on the property. One medium or small pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Beach and pool towels are provided.



The property has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly; more information is available on-site. The villa is equipped with energy-saving lighting. Airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee. Energy consumption is included up to a weekly maximum; additional usage incurs an extra fee. This encourages responsible resource use.

We booked last minute and the house was better than expected. It is actually two connected homes which was perfect for us as we were two families. The outdoor seating area is very beautiful. The home has been very carefully restored with a lot of lovely details. We were worried the pool would be small but it's well designed and we all really enjoyed it. The most important sights of the area are within 30 minutw drive. We had a fantastic stay.

L'espace extrieur et la piscine sont en effet des endroits idaux pour se dtendre et profiter ensemble ! Nous sommes galement heureux que vous ayez apprci la restauration soigne et les jolis dtails de la maison. Lovely villa and landscape

The villa is beautifully renovated and the small pool is perfect for kids. The scenery around is striking: arid mountains, marble quarries, olive groves, and vineyards. Not close to the sea but it's sort of equidistant (20-30 min) to different locations (S. Vito lo Capo, Scopello, Erice, Segesta) so we went different places each day. There's a small winery in walking distance (Mustazza) with a delicious Catarratto!

Belle villa sicilienne très bien situee

Endroit parfait a buseto pour découvrir le nord ouest de la Sicile, ou tout se trouve a 1h aux environs.villa spacieuse, conforme au descriptif, propriétaire très accueillant : nous n avions pas mangé(a 23h15), ils nous ont offert une pizza gigantesque a 23h30! Adorables, nous recommandons cette villa

Spacieuse villa confortable très bien placer
