Pulling up to the house we were excited, as it looked nice, was somewhat secluded, but still close to town. But that’s where most of the good ended. It was nice to have laundry. But aa other reviews mentioned, there was really nowhere to hangout. Just a sad little couch and a kitchen table. The kitchen was clean with plenty of cooking utensils, but the floors were so dirty they left our feet and socks black. Some of the bedding was torn and the carpets were ick. The whole place left us feeling ick. It wasn’t the worst, but it certainly wasn’t pleasant or worth the price.

Great place to stay! If you come when it’s still cool outside you may want a throw blanket when hanging out as it can get chilly. Washer and dryer worked great, and they have plenty of pots and pans to use in the kitchen. Also beds are comfy! I will say the overhead lighting in the bedroom is not enough to see anything in there, but I just used the lamps. Also loved the fact the freezer had ice as well as filtered water.

Wonderful stay on Orcas Island

We loved the forest views and the home was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to town and water. Highly recommend for a stay on Orcas.

This is a lovely hidden away cabin that’s conveniently located on the island. It’s quite well stocked, although the pans in the kitchen leave much to be desired.

Perfect family get-away

Location was great for all the fun things on the island— swimming, hiking and dining out. Also nice kitchen to fix meals at home. Especially grateful for a pet friendly spot.

Good location, comfy beds

only a 5 minute drive to downtown Eastsound, beds were comfy, and it was nice to be a little away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
