Apartment house "Les Chavonnes", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Gryon, in a sunny position on a slope. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to 30 m from the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Gryon", railway station 200 m. Gondola lift 2 km, ice rink 7 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Alpe des Chaux.

Fully renovated in 2023, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, south facing position and east facing position. 1 room with 1 bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)).
