Beautifully renovated home, well appointed. AC worked very well throughout the house. Laundry on both floors was very convenient. Very short walk to the beach. Despite being next-door to the large condominium, it was very quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the Winn Dixie & CVS pharmacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Fantastic Beach Rental and Location

This was by far the best vacation home we've stayed in the 20+ years we've been visiting the Miramar Beach/Destin area. The attention to detail and communication by all the Coastal Retreats team is top notch, including what must be the best housekeeping staff around. To say this home was extremely clean would be an understatement. It is a quick 1-2 minute walk to the beach access point from the home which makes beach days extremely easy. Chair/umbrella rentals were super convenient as well. There is a wide variety of restaurants in close proximity and you can easily walk to the grocery store or drug store (or just take the included golf cart). The Coastal Retreats team definitely gets an A+ for responsiveness to all questions, even after hours, and even followed up the following day to ensure we got what we needed. We'll be renting from them again for sure!

The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were nice. The ac worked great and it was wonderful to have a downstairs and upstairs washer and dryer. This is a great house but there are just a couple of things that I did not have with staying at this house compared to other rentals. First is that all the homes I have stayed before have provided one beach set up (2 chars & 1 umbrella) per day for your stay and this one did not and second this house, which has a small pool did not provide beach towels. The last thing I will say is that the ice maker did not work, however we never called anyone about it.

The house was absolutely beautiful! It is new and fresh with beautiful furniture and decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and more! The bedrooms were large with huge closets. The 2nd den upstairs was great to have for the kids. Having 2 sets of washers and dryers was a dream!! It was wonderful having the 6 seater golf cart. Best of all, the walk to the beach from the house was so much closer than I expected. The community itself was so nice and private and I felt my kids were safe walking back and forth to the beach and around the neighborhood. Possibly due to the draft/wind, the back door was particularly difficult to keep closed. My family was very pleased with the house, location, and amenities. I highly recommend this house! Communication with the host from booking the house until the moment we left was quick, helpful, and efficient.

The home was fabulous. It was clean, well apportioned and super comfortable. The beach access is a few steps away and the secure access to the property is a plus. Great communication from the host. One of best properties we have stayed in.
