Apartment 01 awaits you on the first floor of Villa Beatrice. With a generous 94 square meters of living space, two separate bedrooms—each with an en suite bathroom—and a furnished terrace, this stylish vacation dream in a prime location near the beautiful Binz Beach can be booked for up to 4 people, along with a well-behaved four-legged friend.


The heart of your vacation home is the combined living and dining room with an open-concept kitchen. The spacious room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the covered terrace, is cleverly divided into its various functional areas. Several ceiling and floor lamps ensure that you always have the right lighting in the right place—whether you’re relaxing on one of the couches in front of the large flat-screen TV or dining with your family at the spacious dining table. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the entire apartment, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.


The elegant designer kitchen is fully equipped to let you give free rein to your culinary skills: a large stove with an oven and range hood, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Of course, you’ll also find all the necessary cookware and tableware. Just a few minutes’ walk away in the town center, you’ll find a bakery and an Edeka supermarket. And, of course, the local restaurants, cafés, and bars are always happy to welcome you.


The two bedrooms are equipped with extremely comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), spacious closets for your vacation wardrobe, and additional TVs. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling showers, a toilet, a lighted sink, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.


For those special moments of relaxation—especially in winter after a long walk on the beach—we recommend a visit to the in-house communal sauna with a relaxation. The sauna can be used at any time for a small fee.


Other amenities at Villa Beatrice include a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated), an elevator, and, of course, the underground parking garage, where a safe and dry spot is reserved for your vehicle while you enjoy your vacation. Access is via a modern vehicle lift with a maximum clearance height of 2 meters. For any bicycles you bring along, there is a shared bicycle storage room with outlets for charging e-bikes.


Apartment 01 is designed to accommodate up to 4 people plus a toddler in an optional travel crib. With prior notice and for a fee, your four-legged friend is also welcome to stay. Out of consideration for future guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
