I grew up on this property, but didn't see it's true beauty until I was in my 40s. Now in my 50s I feel child like again, sneaking off to go fishing, finding those spots for trophy Bass or just admiring the magic that is nature.

It has been my life's best work to revitalize the old home, and build the Serenity deck and Garden Venue that have hosted so many celebrations, and new marriages. We take great pride in the rustic elegance that is our Piece of Heaven.

Why they chose this property

I grew up here, 1 mile from the nearest paved road, but just 7 minutes to town. We are in the center of everything in NC 35 minutes from Burlington, 40 minutes from Greensboro, and 55 minutes from Raleigh. When you come you will feel like you have stepped away into a time gone by, where things aren't in a hurry.

What makes this property unique

A historic home that on a 100 acres, that is modernized, but still maintaining it's rustic charm. The property is spectacular in that it is nature at its best, and most beautiful. A private lake is our western border of the property.
