Die Wohnung ist toll, sie ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Einzig die Zufahrt in die Garage ist sehe eng. Größere Autos (über 2,0 m Breite inkl. Außenspiegel und/oder 5,4 m Länge) müssen mehrfach Reversieren um ein- oder ausfahren zu können. Am besten geht es rückwärts.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und sehr gut ausgestattet.Minuspunkt ist die Garage im Haus: Die Einfahrt ist sehr eng, größere Autos haben Schwierigkeiten in die Garage einzufahren (z.B. Peugeot 5008: Ein- und Ausfahrt ist nur mit mehrfachem Reversieren möglich, die Durchfahrtshöhe reicht knapp aus.).
