For shared use: property 960 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, 48 m2, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 14.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 300 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
