Supermarket 250 m, restaurant 600 m, bar 800 m, bus stop "Sölden Pitze" 200 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 38.6 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Walking paths from the house, ski lift, gondola lift, slopes 950 m, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 1.1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' 37 km, Ötzidorf Umhausen 24 km, NEU: 007 Elements James Bond Museum. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Umhausen 24 km, Piburger See 32 km. Prima vertoeven in Haus Willy

Hoewel het huis binnen wat gedateerd is hebben we het met een groep van 10 mensen uitstekend naar ons zin gehad. Hey huis is ruim en de keuken is ruim voorzien. Alles was ruim aanwezig. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug. De Wifi in de woonkamer was veel zwakker dan boven

Niet onderhouden woning

Overal zijn er wel mankementen die niet aangepakt zijn. Een douche zonder douchedeur, een raam dat niet sloot in een kamer, muffe handoeken. Oude houten tafel op terras waar de verf afgebladderd is en muizen op het onderste verdiep. Een van onze rugzakken werk kapot gebeten.

Due to a recent unfortunate situation, the owner has not been able to provide any timely updates. Though we did offer compensation to help with the inconveniences. The caretaker is now scheduling a meeting with the owner next week so these issues can finally be fixed.

Rustikal aber praktisch gut ausgestattet

Das Ferienhaus Willi ist rustikal und schon etwas älter, aber gut ausgestattet. Einzig die sehr weichen matratzen wurden von einigen Mitreisenden beanstandet. Die Küchenausstattung mit sehr großem Backofen und auch großem Herd ist für Gruppen gut geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und es war alles wunschgemäß vorbereitet. Wer keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat und was einfaches und günstiges in guter Lage zum Skibus und Skigebiet sucht ist sicherlich zufrieden.

Geräumiges Haus in gute Lage mit Mängeln

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und der Skibus ist mit Skischuhen gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett was man von ihrer Mitstreiterin nicht sagen kann. Das Haus ist alt und eine Renovierung wäre angezeigt. Unter den Teppichen lagen die Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger und das meiste Geschirr musste erst mal gespült werden. Da am 1. Tag nach Anreise 3 Leute aus unterschiedlichen Familien Durchfall hatten scheint es mit der Hygiene zu hapern. In keinem Zimmer gab es TV.

prima ligging, niet schoon.

Huis is slecht onderhouden, lampen, stopcontacten ,en douchekoppen die los zitten zijn vastgemaakt met tape. Scheuren of gaten in tegels of muren zijn stickers overheen geplakt. Ramen tochten nog steeds.Verder was het echt niet schoon .pluk haar aan douchemuur, beddengoed was echt aan vervanging toe en in bed waren matrassen op elkaar gestapeld,soms met tuinkussens ertussen. 1 buitendeur kan alleen van de buitenkant open,Bij ingang met trap geen lamp,vandaar het bordje betreden op eigen risico

Groep mountainbikers

Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Ruime comfortabele woning. Keuken is goed uitgerust. Perfecte ligging dicht bij centrum en in alle rust. Leuke grote woonkamer. Kamers voorzien van eigen toilet en douche is een pluspunt. Ruim terras met BBQ. We komen zeker terug.

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Leider ist alles sehr alt und ziemlich abgelebt. Die Fenster sind nicht isoliert sodass es nachts doch sehr kalt wurde. Es fehlen teilweise Glühbirnen in Lampen und es sind keine Föne auf den Zimmern. Über das Alter der vorhandenen Klobürste möchte ich garnicht nachdenken. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren zusammen gewürfelt und rochen nicht sehr angenehm. Es gab nur 3 Schlüssel für 11 Erwachsene. Lage in Ordnung (Entfernung zum Skibus ca 300m).

Besser kann nicht sein

Ich hatte das Privileg, meine Ferien in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus zu verbringen und ich bin einfach nur begeistert! Von Anfang bis Ende war die Erfahrung absolut fantastisch. Die Aussicht aus dem Ferienhaus ist einfach atemberaubend. Egal ob man im Wohnzimmer sitzt, auf der Terrasse entspannt – überall kann man die wunderschöne Natur und die malerische Umgebung genießen. Dieser Ort bietet die perfekte Kulisse für Entspannung und Erholung.

Habitation bien située avec une grand nombre de chambres séparées. Idéal pour les grands groupes. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Grand salle à manger. Cependant quelques rénovations sont nécessaire.
