Private: well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 26.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, bus stop "Le huga" 4 km, sandy beach "Lacanau-Océan" 7 km, bathing lake "Etang de Lacanau" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km.
"Le Lac", 4-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo et Nespresso) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).
