In the centre 300 m from the centre of Sellin, 6 km from the centre of Göhren, 12 km from the centre of Binz, residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property 800 m2. Terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lift. Breakfast possible (extra). Parking (extra) on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars.
