Compleet en fijn gelegen

Inrichting is niet luxe en de stoelen zijn nogal laag en recht maar de woning is wel zeer compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn gelegen; rustig, met tuin en met uitzicht op zee (de foto's kloppen) en dicht bij strand en rotsen waarover een mooie kustwandeling gemaakt kan worden. De sleutelhouder spreekt alleen Frans en dat vrij onduidelijk.

A seulement 400 m de la mer la situation est très bonne, l'équipement de la maison est bon mais un sèche-cheveux aurait été utile. L'accueil aurait pu être plus chaleureux. Satisfait dans l'ensemble mais le prix reste élevé pour une semaine hors saison.

Immer wieder sehr schön

Nun zum 3. Mal in diesem Objekt hat der Vermieter das Bad renoviert und eine große begehbare Dusche angebracht. In den Möbeln im Haus ist genug Stauraum, genug Gläser, Geschirr. Das wirklich überwältigende die Sich aufs Meer, 400 m zum Strand, viele Sitzgelegenheiten. 2 Terrassen, Sonnenliegen, Grill, Sonnenschirm. Einfach komfortable. Wenn auch die Dekoration im Haus etwas altmodisch ist, es ist pflegeleicht mit den Kachelböden im EG. Einziges Manko diesmal war die kaputte Geschirrspülmaschine

Insgesamt sehr gut mit kleinen Abstrichen

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, sehr problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und Abwicklung, sehr schöner Strand in Laufnähe. Lediglich die Spülmaschine war aus dem letzten Jahrhundert und defekt. Bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Prachtige woning op prachtige locatie

Goed gelegen woning, bij strand van Le Pouldu. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig in de woning. Geen opmerkingen. Wandelingen langs de kustlijn zijn aanraders. Le Pouldu is ook centraal gelegen voor site seeing.

Klasse Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend , fussläufig ca. 5 min vom traumhaften Strand entfernt. Die Möbel sind zwar etwas älter ,aber es ist alles da was man benötigt. W-lan und deutsches Fernsehen funktioniert sehr gut. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse. Dieses Haus ist sehr zum empfehlen,man fühlt sich gleich wohl.

Ein sehr nettes Vermieterpaar....

Ein sehr nettes Vermieterpaar. Als während der EM der Receiver des Fernsehens kaputt ging, wurde umgehend Ersatz besorgt. In der Wohnung gibt es sehr viele Elektrogeräte (Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Fritteuse, Mikrowelle, Küchenmaschine). Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und sonstigem Küchenzubehör ist hervorragend! Reisetipps: Doelon: Schöner Hafen, ab 15:00 Uhr gibt es frisch gefangenen Fisch zu kaufen. Quimperle: Schöne Altstadt, Freitags Markt, Restaurant L'Escale Gourmande in Le Pouldou, in der Nähe des kleinen Lebensmittelmarktes: Ausgezeichnete Küche, Muschelgerichte, Pizzen, Fleischgerichte. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Blendet man die unzähligen Staubfänger, die zusammengewürfelte Inneneinrichtung und die unzureichende Duscheinhausung aus, kann man es in dem Haus gut aushalten. Für den Preis ok... Toller Blick zum Meer, incl. nächtlichem Leuchtturmblinken und Meeresrauschen; 500m bis zum traumhaften Strand; sonnige Südterrasse, ruhige Lage, schöne Umgebung.

Positiv:großes Haus, welches...

Positiv:großes Haus, welches nur 5 Gehminuten vom herrlichen Strand entfernt liegt.Garage, Garten mit Terrasse und alles, was man benötigt ist vorhanden.Negativ:Die Wasserleitungen sind sehr laut. Beim Duschen oder Spülen der Toilette entsteht so ein Lärm, so dass es morgens nicht möglich ist zu duschen, wenn der Partner noch schläft. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass der Boden vor unserer Anreise nicht geputzt wurde. Richtig sauber war es nicht. Aber im Großen und Ganzen noch in Ordnung.Die Vermieter sprechen ausschliesslich französisch, sind aber sehr sehr nett und waren telefonisch bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Reisetipps: Pont Aven, Doelan, Plage Tahiti

Que dire de plus,cette location à tous ce qu’Il faut pour passer un bon Moment, l’intérieur et le jardin sont très bien entretenus et le propriétaire très gentil. Pour les balades la mer et à deux pas et les environs sont très jolis Pour faire c’est course une boulangerie et un commerce de proximité pour dépanner sont à 5mn ,sinon un centre commercial à 5km Nous avons Passé un très bon séjour
