Beautiful villa "Hibiscus", built in 1975, renovated in 2008. In the district of Porto Rafael 4 km from the centre of Palau, 40 km from the centre of Olbia, on a slope, residential area (villas), 350 m from the sea. Private: property 700 m2, terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace. Storeroom available. 10 m stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 350 m (small). Please note: car recommended. The roof terrace has a low railing and is not suited for children.
6-room villa 150 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with bath/shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer). On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra). Terrace 40 m2, terrace 15 m2. Barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the sea and La Maddalena. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Traum Villa in bester Lage

Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und sicheren Nachbarschaft. Die nächste Schwimm-Gelegenheit ist sehr nahe, im romantischen Strand-Hafen von Porto Rafael. Für Strand Liebhaber ist auch der nächste Sand nicht weit - in 7min ist man zu Fuß dort. Villa ist sehr großzügig, lediglich das Doppel-Zimmer in der Dependance ist ums Eck und bei Regen nicht trocken zu erreichen. Ausblick ist wundervoll, vor allem am Morgen! Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub - auch die Agentur war sehr freundlich.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus, jeden Morgen haben wir uns über den Blick in die Bucht und auf die Insel La Maddalena gefreut. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett, der kleine Supermarkt und das Cafe in der Nähe ist praktisch. Das Haus ist einfach, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Selten haben wir eine so gute Ausstattung in der Küche erlebt. Lediglich von außen könnte das Haus mal wieder einen Anstrich vertragen, da es etwas mit Feuchtigkeit zu kämpfen hat.

Das Ferienhaus ist in einer guten Lage, super Aussicht. Die Zimmer sauber aber etwas abgewohnt . Küchenausstattung nicht immer für 10 Personen vorhanden (z.B.Messer) Im Außenbereich, Hausfasade teils vermoost und ungepflegt. Hausschild zerbrochen. Sonnenschirme vorhanden, aber ohne brauchbaren Fuß.

Sehr schönes Haus, super Ausbl...

Sehr schönes Haus, super Ausblick auf's Meer.Es gibt ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Nur leider wurden wir in der ersten Nacht geplagt von Bissen, vermutlich Bettwanzen. Wir konnten die Bettwäsche sofort austauschen, hat aber nur für eine Nacht gereicht ... danach gab es weitere Bisse ...Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen, auch der Service der Agentur gut und unkompliziert.
