In the district of Gattererberg 6.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 8 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, on a slope, 8 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property. Garden furniture. In the house: sauna. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6.5 km, bus stop "Stumm" 7 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 7.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 7.2 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 13.5 km, bathing lake 11.5 km. Hele tof en ruim huisje op een prachtige locatie!

Het huisje was zeer ruim en perfect in orde. De locatie was prachtig. Alleen de weg er naartoe was heel stijl en we waren blij dat de weg sneeuwvrij was. S'avonds kan je genieten van de avondzon terwijl er in het dal al schaduw is. Heerlijk om dus te genieten van een aperitief in de zon :-).

Absolut zu empfehlen. Super gemütliche Hütte mit Sauna, großen Badezimmern, wunderschöner Aussicht und dem Restaurant Almluft direkt über der Hütte, man geht keine 2 Minuten. Dort wird auch sehr leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen von sehr charmanten Mädels angeboten und der Besitzer ... schaut auch mal vorbei und unterhält die Leute. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen!!

Tolles Ferienhaus auf dem Berg

Sehr großes, schick eingerichtetes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Perfekt für zwei Familien, da die Kinder jeweils ein eigenes Zimmer haben. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen Gasthof ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Die dortigen Tiere und Spielplätze sind perfekt für Kinder. Einzig die Lage ist Geschmackssache, traumhaft ruhig gelegen mit tollem Ausblick, aber mindestens 10 Minuten Serpentinen nach oben von Stumm.

Sehr großes, schick eingerichtetes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Perfekt für zwei Familien, da die Kinder jeweils ein eigenes Zimmer haben. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück im dazugehörigen Gasthof ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Die dortigen Tiere und Spielplätze sind perfekt für Kinder. Einzig die Lage ist Geschmackssache, traumhaft ruhig gelegen mit tollen Ausblick, aber mindestens 10 Minuten Serpentinen nach oben von Stumm.

Einfach schön!

Das Chalet ist traumhaft gelegen und ist gemütlich, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir haben hier mit vier Personen eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touristenattraktionen sucht, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Besonders das junge, extrem freundliche und sehr engagierte Vermieterpaar, das auch die in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegene, sehr empfehlenswerte Wirtschaft Almluft betreibt, sorgt für einen schönen und unvergesslich herzlichen Aufenthalt.

Mooi gerenoveerde authentieke chalet

De chalet ligt op een doodlopende weg, rustig gelegen, hoog in een kleine valei, met af en toe lokaal landbouw verkeer. Goed ingericht met ruime badkamers, goede verwarming, bedden, meubels etc. Ideale uitval voor wandelingen.

das Haus liegt wunderschön unterhalb der Jausenstation und Gasthof Almluft auf dem Berg und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Schöne Zimmer, gute Betten, großzügig geschnitten und viel Platz für alle. Das Fahren zum Almchalet ist zu Beginn etwas angespannt, da Stichstraße und man ab und an auch mal einem Fahrzeug ausweichen muss, aber wir hatten uns nach der 2. Fahrt schnell daran gewöhnt. Es ist es aber auf jeden Fall wert, dort Urlaub zu machen. Die Eigentümer sind top.

waren mit 6 Personen in diesem schön renovierten Ferienhaus, Top Ausstattung, alles neu, besonders gefallen hat die Sauna und der schöne Freisitz vor dem Haus, sehr ruhig, wer sich nicht selbst Verpflegen will, kann 50m weiter in die Almluft gehen, besonders zu Empfehlen das üppige Frühstück, Wanderungen können direkt vom Haus starten,

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familie und Freunde

Das Haus ist super gemütlich und komfortabel, vor allem das große Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, tollen Duschen und Sauna machen den Aufenthalt so angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen großen Tisch für gemütlich frühstücke und Kochabende. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und die Betten bequem. Nur eine eigene Bettwäsche sollte man mitbringen, wenn man kein knisterdes Synthetik mag.

Eine gelungene Mischung aus Alt und Neu

Die Hütte ist ein umgebautes altes Holzhaus, in dem sich altes und neues Holz schön verbinden. Die Lage hoch am Berg ist still und schön. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich die Sauna.

Wir kommen wieder!

Ich kann das Haus jedem, der den etwas längeren Anfahrtsweg vom Tal aus nicht scheut nur wärmstens empfehlen. Oben erwartet einen ein sehr liebevoll saniertes Bauernhaus in Alleinlage mit schönem Blick ins Tal. Schöne Wanderungen sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Das Gebäude selbst ist eine gelungene Mischung aus alt und neu. Die Vermieter waren zu uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie betreiben auch den nahegelegenen Gasthof Almluft, ein Ansprechpartner ist also immer in der Nähe.
