Beautiful, historical house "Sa Rota", from the 19th century. 200 m from the centre of Biniamar, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Inca, 31 km from the centre of Alcudia, in an elevated position, 30 km from the sea. Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), beautiful terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, orchard, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Biniamar" 300 m, sandy beach "Playa de Muro" 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Spacy and nicely furnished house, useful heating makes it a nice place for winter-months, great garden and private surrounding.

Sa Rota est un lieu agréable à vivre, la qualité des équipements est très bonne, la piscine à l’eau légèrement salée est un havre de paix rafraîchissant bien agréable quand il fait chaud. Nous avons passé un séjour loin du tourisme de masse, c’est exactement ce que nous cherchions. La détentrice des clés a été très réactive pour répondre à nos interrogations. Seul bémol , l’accès au parking jonché de cailloux le rende un peu difficile.

Schönes Haus mit toller Außenanlage

Superschönes Haus genau so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Toller Pool! Geschirr.. Töpfe.. Besteck etc genügend vorhanden. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Fernbedienung für elektrisches Tor ab Sonntag defekt.Kamen nicht mit unserem Auto raus.Ameisen in der Küche. Keine Putzmittel.Kein Deutsches Fernsehprogramm. - Vermieter war nicht erreichbar. Terrasse und Garten waren sehr schön!

zentral und ruhig gelegene Finca

Waren mit Freunden unterwegs. Die Finca ist sehr gut erreichbar und zentral für Unternehmungen gelegen. Vom Flughafen dauert die Anfahrt ca. 35/40 Minuten. Leider war der Geschirrspüler kaputt (die Tür ließ sich nicht schließen). Eine Erstausstattung mit Gewürzen, Spühlmittel, Abwaschlappen wäre wünschenswert. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, es gibt einen kleinen Tante Emmaladen (unterhalb des kleinen Dorfplatzes) wo man das Nötigste schnell bekommt.

Wunderbare und ruhige Finca, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter

Es hat alles gepasst - Ruhe, toller Pool, schöne Terrasse, Platz, um für sich zu sein, Spaziergänge in die Berge und eine gute Lage, um die Insel sternförmig in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Perfekt!

Mooi huis

Heel mooi huis, super tuin en zwembad. De sleutelhouder hebben we niet gezien of gesproken. Hier was ook geen noodzaak toe, maar het zou wel gastvrij geweest zijn om ons even welkom te heten. We hebben daardoor nooit borg betaald en geen idee of er nog een afrekening voor slechts komt. Ook hadden we geen inlog voor WiFi ontvangen.

Villa très bien et propre

Très bon séjour dans une belle villa bien entretenue. Avec des extérieurs magnifiques. Seul bémol très peu d'instructions sur place et manque de produits d'entretien et d'accueil ( une bouteille d'eau d'accueil, éponge, produits vaisselle...)

Maison bien situé dans un secteur calme au milieu de la nature ( voiture obligatoire) Très bien équipé il ne manque de rien dans la maison sauf la climatisation qui à mon sens est indispensable au vue des fortes chaleurs le soir dans les chambres à l’etage ( ventilateur mis à disposition mais pas suffisant). Très belle exterieur, piscine parfaite. Je suis juste déçu des explications qui nous ont été donnés pour trouver la maison c’est à dire aucunes.Nous sommes arrivés tardivement (00h) les clefs sont à disposition dans une boîte à code mais il faut tout d’abord la trouver, l’entrée est au fond d’une cours derrière un portail fermé donc autant dire que si une voisine n’etait pas sortie nous n’aurions jamais trouvé. Dommage. De plus aucune communication avec l’agence, pas d’explication, pas d’état des lieux..,, En conclusion maison propre belle et bien équipée mais la problématique est l’agence

Erholsamer, schöner Urlaub

Ruhiger Ort, Auto unbedingt erforderlich, Mobilar leicht in die Jahre gekommen aber benützbar. Außenbereich wunderschön und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Vermieterin kann leider nur Spanisch aber mit Schulenglisch kann man sich mit deren Tochter unterhalten. Übergaben problemlos und unkompliziert verlaufen Restaurants in der nächst größeren Stadt ca. 5 km, teilweise deutschsprechend aber auch hier reicht Schulenglisch. Im Ort selbst kleine nette Bar 100 m vom Haus entfernt. Wenn man allerdings Trubel am Abend, sowie Lädchen am Strand liebt dem ist es hier zu ruhig.... Wir (Familie mit 2 Teenagern) würden aber dieses Haus auf jedenfalls empfehlen.
