Beautiful villa "Anita". In the district of Porto Rafael 4 km from the centre of Palau, 25 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, 100 m from the centre of Porto Rafael, 100 m from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 23.Apr. - 24.Oct.) with salt water. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (8 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at 10 m. Shop 200 m, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 300 m, bar 200 m, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Please note: car recommended.
4-room villa 130 m2 on 2 levels. Stylish furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra). 2 terraces 50 m2 partly covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the sea and La Maddalena. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use. Die Küchenaussrattung war schlecht. Zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr. Kaffeekanne Ausguss kaputt. Toaster defekt. Kaum Steckdosen Fön defekt

Lage: einmalig schön Sauberkeit: Betten und Bäder waren sauber! Boden und Küche war etwas verdreckt, Außenbeleuchtung und Pool waren dreckig, nach Beschwerde wurde nachgebessert. Raumaufteilung: sehr schön, nur Küche etwas klein. Möbel: zweckmäßig aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß! Heutzutage kein WiFi geht eigentlich gar nicht, da müsste unbedingt nachgebessert werden.

Ein abgewohntes Ferienhaus

Die Übergabe ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Sie ging viel zu schnell und dabei wurde einiges vergessen. Außenanlagen insgesamt unsauber. Aussenmobiliar alt und defekt und Sonnenliegen nicht in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden . Auflagen für Liegen völlig zerschlissen und mürbe. Eine Zumutung!!! Der Pool wurde nur in der 1. Woche gereinigt. 3. Schlafzimmer im Keller roch modrig und feucht. Wohnen kann da niemand! Die Betten sehr spartanisch! Im 2. Schlafzimmer ein viel zu kleiner Kleiderschrank. Etc.

Ein Haus mit sehr guter Lage und sehr gutem Meerblick. Objektbeschreibung von Interchalet ist korrekt. .. Raum Untergeschoss: deutlich feucht/modrig TV funktioniert nicht Reparaturstau Brauseschlauch/ Rattanmöbel/Liegenauflagen 25 x Stromausfall bei 1 Gewitter
