The villa includes a spacious porch with a dining table for enjoying outdoor meals with friends and family, along with a sofa for relaxing. A second porch, designed for barbecues, provides extra space with a pool table and ping-pong table, perfect for outdoor fun. Additionally, the property features a private tennis court for those who want to stay active during their stay.

The villa's interior is spread over two floors, designed for both comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, you'll find two separate lounges. The first is a comfortable living area with sofas, armchairs, and satellite TV, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring or swimming. The second lounge serves as the dining room, featuring a large table that can accommodate all guests, creating a cozy atmosphere for group meals. The modern kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary utensils, is conveniently located near the dining area, making meal service easy. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower, plus a second bathroom with a shower that has direct access to the outside—ideal for those enjoying the pool.
