Sundance is wonderful. Fantastic location (equidistant between Port de Pollensa and the old town), Dawn’s an excellent host, and the villa is very well appointed (particularly the kitchen). We had a really enjoyable week, in a comfortable, well-equipped, spacious villa with a gorgeous view.

Villa was nice. Needs some maintenance and a bit of love in places but generally good. The view was nice. A bit overpriced for the quality but the location was good. Hosts daughter was pretty rude one day but the host apologized

Lovely fortnight in El Vila

Really lovely property, wonderful location - only 5 mins to port de Pollensa and 5 mins to Pollensa old town, yet up in the hills with a little breeze and stunning views. Great base for a fantastic holiday combining beach days, pool days and exploring the island.

We recently stayed at a beautiful villa in Pollença, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect location —peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to both the old town and the port, where we found fantastic restaurants, local markets, and charming streets to explore. The villa itself was incredible and spotless. The outdoor space was a real highlight: a well-maintained pool, plenty of seating areas, and stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the port. Made it the perfect place to relax both during the day and in the evenings.Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations and making sure our stay was seamless from start to finish.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this villa to others looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Mallorca.

Fantastic property

We had seven of us staying and loved the time we spent there. Great location between the old town and the port, 180 degree views which the photos don't do justice to, a really well appointed kitchen (best we've had in all the villas we've stayed in, helpful owner... all resulting in a fabulous holiday. We'd definitely go back again.

Great property, the best location

Spent my 60th here with my adult family. Lots of space inside / out and beautiful views. Felt very comfortable here and the property had everything we needed. Highlight was family bbq lunches on the terrace. Dawn was a super host and nothing was too much trouble

Sundance - great view accross the bay and lovely very spacious indoor / outdoor space.

Great house for a number of people - location good, space excellent, lots of areas to explore. Entrance could be a little better as it lets the rest of the house down. Pool great fun.

Beautiful property with great spaces and panoramic views

Great stay at the villa. A few minutes drive from the beautiful beach front at Puerto Polença. The property has a great pool, lovely spacious interior and panoramic views across the bay. We were a family group of 9 and had a great week combining exploring the local area with pool time. Dining al fresco at the Villa was also a highlight. Dawn, the was responsive and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.
