Groot huis op een helling in een typisch Toscaans bergdorp

Pros: Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in Noord-Toscane en uitstappen naar Pisa, Pistoia of Lucca. De keuken is klein maar goed uitgerust. Twee badkamers zijn handig, al is het waterdebiet van de douche aan de lage kant. De afgesloten tuin heeft meerdere terrassen met mooi uitzicht, verbonden door trappen. Dankzij de goede centrale verwarming is het ook in koelere periodes aangenaam. Parking aan het huis is een plus. Minder geschikt voor wie slecht te been is, door niveauverschillen en trappen. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze spreekt geen Engels of Frans, maar zorgde bij het in- en uitchecken voor een tolk, wat erg gewaardeerd werd.
