The ground floor includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and covered terrace, as well as a separate section with an additional kitchen and a lounge area with direct access to the pool. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two single beds, a bathroom, and a terrace with a beautiful view of the pool. The house can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2), and all rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort.On the ground floor, there is a small family print studio that operates in the morning hours and is occasionally closed during summer. The parking area is shared, used by the print studio owner during working hours, and is under video surveillance.The surroundings are ideal for active holidays - marked cycling and walking trails are available, and the geographic center of Istria, marked by a stone pyramid, is only 1 km away. Nearby is also a ranch where you can learn horseback riding. For gourmets, central Istria offers a rich selection of wineries, agritourisms, and taverns with traditional Istrian specialties.
