Three furnished terraces with high-quality wicker and teak furniture (East, South, and West) are available, along with a beach chair and sun loungers – all available seasonally from April to October.
The entire ground floor boasts a floor made of Syrian marble, also used in the guest toilet with a shower. A high-quality, fully equipped open kitchen with induction stove/oven; dishwasher; fridge-freezer; microwave; Nespresso machine; and a Pizza-Raclette grill for cozy dinners on colder days are at your disposal.
The living/dining area features a rotating Haase fireplace with a glass pane; a large flat-screen TV, receiver, DVD player; national telephone flat rate, and internet flat rate; WLAN. Direct access to the East and Southwest terrace from the living room. Extra storage space for luggage, suitcases, and drinks, etc.
The upper floor offers a large bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm), a sofa, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with whitewashed oak parquet flooring.
In the small bedroom, there is a bed (90 x 200cm) and a wardrobe, also with whitewashed oak parquet flooring.
The bathroom with Syrian marble includes underfloor heating; a bathtub with a shower; toilet, and bidet.
In the utility room, there is a washing machine and a washer-dryer.
The attic has whitewashed oak parquet flooring, a double bed (180cm x 200cm), built-in wardrobe (angled), and a reading chair.
A parking space is available directly on the property, with additional parking possibilities on the street.
