Hiking in the national park (Val Trupchun, very well known), visit to the Upper Engadine lakes with St. Moritz, many bike tours possible, combine hikes with the mountain railways, visit Tirano (Italy) with the Rhaetian Railway over the Bernina Pass with wonderful views of the glaciers, visit Chiavenna over the Maloja Pass, also possible by public transport.

Other sports and leisure activities: Winter: In the Corviglia/Piz Nair, Corvatsch, Diavolezza /Lagalb and Zuoz ski areas, as well as the smaller and finer areas, skiers and snowboarders have fantastic pistes at their disposal. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.
