Holiday home for 2–6 guests with 92 sqm of living space. The ground floor features a guest WC, storage room with washing machine, living room with panoramic fireplace, Wi-Fi TV, stereo with CD player, and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge (125 l), coffee machine, and microwave.



Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m), wardrobe with mirror, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks, hairdryer, shower, and towel warmer. The attic studio offers two single beds (1.8 x 2.0 m and 1.4 x 2.0 m).



Outside, you’ll find 2 parking spaces, a garden, terrace, and garden shed. The wallbox at the parking area can be used for an additional fee.



The house is located on a quiet side street, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes on foot from both the pedestrian zone and the harbor. All shops are easily reached on foot or by bike.
