2.5 room apartment with terrace + close to Phantasialand Eifel Therme with play

The apartment consists of 2.5 rooms with up to 7 (8 if necessary) sleeping options, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, private terrace and a cozy vaulted cellar with a bar and dining area. The garden with a swing, climbing area, basketball hoops and sand corner can be used. You can also play on the rarely used alley. There is enough play material available, including for indoors.
The apartment is located in the village of Wichterich between Euskirchen and Zülpich. Both places can be reached by bus. Trips to Seepark Zülpich with Tim' Beach and Lago Beach as well as the Euskirchen thermal baths are recommended. Phantasialand can also be reached in 15 minutes by car and Cologne or Bonn and the Eifel are worth exploring. The train from Euskirchen can also be used for this.
In the village there are 2 playgrounds with table tennis tables/basketball hoops and beautiful hiking or cycling paths along the Rotbach or Bleibach.
Beds/tables/chairs can be rearranged as required. There are basically 2 beds in the small room that can be used individually or as a double bed. A 3rd bed would also be possible here. In the large living-bedroom with adjoining vaulted cellar there are basically 5 sleeping options. All can be used individually or pushed together as 2 double beds and 1 single bed. 2 of these sleeping options can be used as sofas during the day. If necessary, 6 people can also stay here.
There are TVs in both rooms, one of which can be used for streaming with the access data. The other is a pure satellite TV.
1 parking space at the house is included. Bicycles can also be stored in the yard.
