Supermarket, restaurant, bakery, café 250 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Bourg (navette estivale)" 250 m, railway station "La Bernerie en Retz" 400 m, sandy beach "Grande Plage de la Bernerie" 300 m, thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 7 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 250 m. Nearby attractions: Marché de la Bernerie en Retz 300 m, Pornic 6 km, Port du Collet 11 km, Les Machines de l'Ile de Nantes 45 km, La Baule 50 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 53 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 22 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 7 km. The owner lives on the same property.
