Here, the charm of the 1920s meets modern-day elegance: The historic “Haus am Park,” built in 1914 in the spa architecture style with great attention to detail, was originally constructed as a hotel annex to the Kurhaus. In 1999, it underwent a complete renovation and was converted into an apartment building, so that today it once again shines with the classic splendor of the Imperial era. And what makes it special: The Haus am Park is just a few steps away from the fine-sand beach and the promenade (about 50 meters). 

All vacation apartments feature a balcony, terrace, or loggia, as well as a parking space or an underground parking spot. The building has an elevator and a bicycle storage room.

Did you spill something on your favorite outfit, or perhaps you didn’t bring enough extra clothes? No problem: A separate laundry room is available with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

BRIGHT, FRIENDLY 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY
Relax in a 2-room vacation apartment measuring approximately 40 m², located on the first floor and suitable for up to two adults and one child. The bright, welcoming living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set. The sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping area for one person (160 x 200 cm). The living area also features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio, and CD player, as well as a dining table with four chairs. The kitchenette, integrated into the open living area, is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you’ll need for the perfect dinner (such as a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster). From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, which is perfect for relaxing. The bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and a spacious closet that offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. The tiled bathroom, featuring a large mirror and a makeup mirror, as well as a shower, sink, and toilet, offers ample storage space for your bathroom essentials.

Please understand that smoking is only permitted outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are also provided as a starter set. As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available to you; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.

Guests of this vacation rental have access to a free parking space at the building. You can securely store any bicycles you bring with you or rent in the bicycle storage room. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate laundry room and can be used for a fee.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
