Die Organisation um die Vermietung ist hervorragend, ebenso der schnelle Service bei Fragen oder Problemen. Das Haus mit insgesamt 4 Wohnungen, Parkplätzen und Ladestation für eAutos liegt ca. 10 min Fußweg durch ein Wäldchen vom Ortszentrum entfernt.
